Joss is an Occupational Therapist with over 29 years of experience of working with adults and older adults with physical, neurological (including brain injury), mental health conditions and dementia. He is a client-centred practitioner who utilises a collaborative, occupational therapy self-management support approach that focusses on supporting individuals to start working towards a life that they can value or have reason to value despite their disability or long-term health condition.
He qualified as an OT in 1992 and has worked for both physical and mental health services (inpatient and community care) in the UK, Jersey, and Ireland. He also has a MSc. in Health Economics and Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Therapy in a Community Setting from Trinity.
